Who said you can’t have dessert as a lunch treat !! Giving this waffle juzt jelly treat to my monsters, little healthier + little their favourite ingredient Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly = mommy’s love πŸ’• Recipe: Ingredients Oats flour: 1/2 cup Banana: 1 ( mashed) Milk: 1/2 cup Jaggery powder: 2 tsp Alpenliebe Juzt jelly : 5 or 6 ( chopped) Dressing Carmel juzt jelly bananas slices Chopped juzt jelly Mint leaves Maple syrup Direction 1. Mashed banana in mixer jar. Take a mixing bowl, add oats flour, milk and mashed banana. Mix well together. 2. Add jaggery powder and Alpenliebe juzt jelly. Mix well. 3. Heat the waffle iron, pour the batter in it . Let them cook both sides. 4. Cut banana in thin long slices. Take non stick pan . Pour chopped juzt jelly on it . When it starts melting Add banana slices and caramelised both sides . 5. Remove waffle from waffle maker. Place on plate . 6. Add caramel bananas and Alpenliebe juzt jelly . 7. This is the time when north streets are full of luscious green Sarson leaves , Sarson leaves cooked in earthen pot along with spinach, bathua and some spices ( green chillies, ginger and garlic) . When I cooked, we add some ghee roasted makki ka atta in it for thickness and some more flavour. Chill breeze, 🌧 rainy days , evening time with hot soup 🍲. π•Ώπ–π–†π–Ž π–‡π–†π–˜π–Žπ–‘ π–’π–šπ–˜π–π–—π–”π–”π–’ π–˜π–”π–šπ–• Recipe: Ingredients β€’ Mushrooms: 12 (chopped) β€’ Bird eye chilli-1 ( chopped) β€’ Garlic- 1 tsp ( chopped) β€’ Butter- 1 tsp β€’ Basil 🌿 leaves- 2 tsp β€’ Bell peppers- 1/3 cup ( chopped) β€’ soya sauce- 1tsp β€’ salt to taste β€’ vegetable stock - 2 cups β€’ mix seeds for garnish Method: 1. Take a pan, add a tsp of butter and chopped garlic. SautΓ© till one minute. 2. Add mushrooms and chopped bell peppers. SautΓ© another 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Add vegetable stock, bird eye chilli, salt and soya sauce. Bring boil for another 2 minutes. 4. When children refused to healthy vegetable, mommies have only option to add healthy ingredient in their favourite food. In winters, specially in Punjab we used to cook saag , so I found leftover Red Amaranth (chaulai) leaves in my refrigerator and some Beetroots. Forge quick plan to make soup with these two ingredients. In a cold day sipping a hot soup is a delight!! Here is the recipe: Ingredients * 2 Tbs butter * 1/2 onion chopped * 1 clove garlic minced * 3 cups vegetable stock * 2 cup beetroot (chopped) * 1 bunch red amaranth leaves (tough stems removed and roughly chopped) * Juice of 1/2 lemon * Freshly ground pepper white pepper preferred * Rock salt * 2 tsp Coconut milk Method 1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic cook until fragrant, 1 minute 2. Add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. 3. Add red amaranth and beet root chunks , bring to a boil, and cook until tender, 5 minutes. 4. Add salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. 5. Transfer soup to a blender and blend smooth. 6. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a pan and gently warm, add lemon juice . 7. Ingredients β€’ 1 cup Sweet potato , roasted and mashed β€’ 1/2 cup Carrots , grated β€’ 1 inch Ginger , grated β€’ 1/2 cup mix bell peppers, fine chopped β€’ 1/2 cup broccoli, grated β€’ 1 tbsp beans , chopped β€’ 1 tablespoon Cumin powder β€’ 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder β€’ 1 lemon β€’ 1 cup Disano Oats for binding and coating β€’ 2 tsp dry fig ( anjeer) , fine chopped β€’ Salt and Pepper , to taste β€’ Cooking oil Direction 1. Roasted sweet potato and mash it completely , keep it aside. 2. Take a bowl, add mashed sweet potato, grated ginger, grated carrots, chopped green , red and yellow bell peppers, add chopped anjeer. Mix well together. 3. Add the seasoning and 1/2 cup disano oats , mix well. Check seasoning if required. 4. Give them desire shape , as i gave long and seekh shape . Apply little Ghee on it and coated with oats well. 5. Heat a flat tawa, drizzle some oil or ghee, cook them on medium low flame till it becomes golden brown on singly side . 6.
